In this course we are taking it several steps further. We are looking at more powerful model cases and simulations to understand the dynamics of growth:
Churn - impact of loosing customers (and replacing that lost business)
Renewal - impact of renewing service and subscription
Market Growth - increasing the addressable market (new product, new geography, new segment)
These elements bring new structures and therefore also new dynamics into the system we are exploring. We will look at different cases where we will apply this model system:
