The session has 4 modules:

  1. Looking at the base case scenario and then comparing it to a run with a direct sales & marketing campaign.
  2. Then we are exploring how to optimize for contribution margin (cash).
  3. The third module explores the impact of optimizing for accelerated market share attainment.
  4. And finally we bring it together by comparing the impact of the different runs relative to the base case.
